Nikita Mogilevtsev recently entered the active creative life of St. Petersburg, but has already managed to find his own theme and acquire a style of pictorial narration.
In his works dedicated to traditional male pursuits, he reveals the beauty of simple things that make up the joy of life - the participation of a friend, a sincere conversation, a good day, shaded by a unique state of being.
The artist feels the everyday life poetically, and after him, the heroes of his paintings become a bit poets.
In addition to an interestingly conceived plot and accurately conveyed mood, all canvases contain a correctly found compositional solution, complex color and texture, expressive plasticity of movement, and a lovingly noticed detail.
