Systema Naturae II: Submerged

Systema Naturae II: Submerged

July 12, 2008 - July 28, 2008

Jul 12, 6:00PM - 10:00PM

Michael Brown, Octopusspuss

Following the success of the first Systema Naturae exhibition, Gallery Nucleus is proud to present Systema Naturae II: Submerged. The show features new and original work by Michael Brown, Frieda Gossett, Andrea Offermann, Ver Mar, and Jaime Zollars.

Systema Naturae II explores the link between human beings and water—the essential source of life for all living organisms. As both the root of human origins and the inspiration behind the artwork for Systema, water is the visual and thematic starting point in creating an exhibition as varied and complex as the natural world itself.

Please join us for the opening reception on July 12, 2008 where we will have refreshments, music, and several artists in attendance.
