Toravolt is the final evolution of Teroamp and Tarrawatt. Toravolt has the ability to completely unhinge its jaw, from which it emits powerful bursts of electricity. It channels power through its stripes, which act as solar panels. For this reason, Toravolt thrive in harsh desert environments.
