ABOUT YOUR PLACES:
With a minimal tableau of familiar objects and a gentle rhythm suited for reading aloud, the Your Places series features items found within their respective environments. Each carefully assembled, ending with bedtime as the sun goes down. This board book series is great for a young child to have whenever they want to go a safe space of comfort and imagination. These books signal both a departure for Jon Klassen and a story whose peculiar touches of whimsy stamp the book as iconically his.


ABOUT JON KLASSEN
Jon Klassen CM is a Canadian writer and illustrator of children's books and an animator. He won both the American Caldecott Medal and the British Kate Greenaway Medal for children's book illustration, recognizing the 2012 picture book This Is Not My Hat, which he also wrote.
