Sarah Webb is a cartoonist, illustrator, and background artist from Alaska. She worked on Fiona and Cake. Her work focuses on creating immersive worlds and narratives, and is inspired by the otherworldly and odd within everyday life and nature. She is always interested in working on sapphic, fantasy/slice-of-life stories in any medium.

This piece is inspired by Obsidian - an Adventure Time: Distant Lands episode that really moved me. I wanted to spend a few more days living inside that world, with these characters.

A lot of my work comes from similar feelings - wanting to spend time in a specific place, or study a specific relationship. Painting or drawing something for a few days is a doorway into that.
