Ashley Eriksson is a songwriter and animator in Washington State, on Whidbey Island. She wrote the end credits theme for Adventure Time and is a founding member of the band LAKE.

I am inspired by organizations such as The Nature Conservancy, which are building wildlife land bridges. For my piece, I used lyrics about butterflies and bees in the Adventure Time end credits theme, depicting butterflies and bees safely crossing the freeway.

This is the first time I have depicted land bridges. I often use paper for artwork and typically use everyday art supplies like Mr. Sketch smelly markers (my mother's favorite), colored pencils, permanent pens, and crayons.
