Artwork

This piece was inspired by Katsushika Hokusai’s famous ukiyo-e series “A Tour of Waterfalls in Various Provinces.” The melting cheese of the pizza cascades down like a majestic golden waterfall. I used gold materials generously to reflect light from different angles, creating a dynamic and luxurious effect. Painting in the style of ukiyo-e was a joyful and meditative process.
