Gallery Nucleus is pleased to welcome back Michelle Romo, aka Crowded Teeth, for a magical exhibition! Featuring new work from Michelle's new tarot deck, this exhibition is the purr-fect union of the fun and the mystical! For opening night only, a tarot reader will be present to read the cards for guests in person -- make sure to arrive early to put your name down in advance, for spots are limited.

ABOUT MICHELLE ROMO

Michelle Romo is an illustrator, product designer, and maker of fun things from Los Angeles CA.

She has illustrated and written several books - Frankie’s Magical Day (Abrams Appleseed Publishing), soft plush book I’m So Glad You’re Here (produced by The Land of Nod), Paper Wonderland (HOW Publishing) and the Spencer the Cat series (Workman Publishing).

For the past 18 years she has designed under the name Crowded Teeth and licensed her illustrations to companies all over the world. She has partnered with Crate & Barrel for the past 13 years to create home decor, toys, and bedding for children, and have also licensed her artwork and created products with: FAO Schwarz (toys), Petit Monkey (children’s home decor), Loungefly (handbags and accessories), Sigema (tech accessories), Pals Socks (socks), and JapanLA (women’s clothing), and Poppik (sticker posters).

Michelle continues to participate in art shows with her personal work and create fine art versions of her characters, as well as interactive multimedia experiences.
