Gallery Nucleus is pleased to welcome renowned sculptor and special effects artist Akihito to his first solo show at the gallery!
On display will be some of the most beloved works of Akihito, as well as some brand new pieces unveiled at the gallery for the first time. Fans of horror, fantasy, and sci-fi won't want to miss this amazing opportunity to see Akihito's incredible work up close.
On November 6 from 2-5PM PDT, Akihito will be doing a sculpting demonstration for a live audience and will also be streamed live.

J-HORROR HALLOWEEN RAFFLE (October 30th, 2021, 5pm - 7:30pm PT)
Nucleus encourages attendees to dress up in their best J-Horror Halloween costumes!
Anyone who attends opening night dressed in a J-Horror themed costume will receive a special treat and be entered into a raffle!
One winner will be selected at 7:30pm to receive a J-Horror themed prize bundle.
Raffle limited to in-person attendees only, winner must be present at 7:30pm to claim prize.
ABOUT AKIHITOAkihito has worked in film and television, creating special effect makeup and concept designs for over two decades. Originally from Japan and now working in the United States, Akihito has worked in Hollywood since 2002 on such films as
Pacific Rim, Predators, Jurassic World, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Infinity War, and more. He has been recognized by
Spectrum 4 times for his work in the categories of Best Contemporary Fantastic Art and has had his work selected by the publication nearly each year since 2008.
