Ghibli Artist Yoichi Nishikawa Solo Exhibition 2022

Recently featured in the Academy Museum's Ghibli Exhibition, Yoichi Nishikawa is currently a sequence art director at Ghibli on Miyazaki's latest film "How Do you Live". He returns to LA after three years to showcase his latest exhibition of hand painted scene-scapes.
New artwork will be available for display and sale
Yoichi will be in attendance on opening night!
WORKSHOP (In Person)

Yohichi's demo will be done using special poster color paints, brushes, and paper, specially shipped from Japan.
There will be a live translator and attendees are welcome to ask questions throughout the painting demo.

ABOUTYOICHI NISHIKAWA Yoichi has worked as a background painter at Studio Ghibli since 2004 and has recently finished working on Miyazaki's latest film. He has also worked on films made by Studio Ponoc, and Studio Chizu.
